"I recently moved from Southern California to Colorado to purchase my very first home. My previous experience with home improvement and other service industry providers from California had been challenging at best - shoddy/incomplete workmanship, not following through on promises made, constantly late or not showing up at all etc. So when it was time to update my new house with siding and windows, I prepared myself for a battle. I researched several companies to find one with good reputation and finally settled on Comfort Windows & Doors. Still suspicous and prepared to be hoodwinked by the old bait-and-switch, I went into the project with trepidation. Much to my surprise and delight, I didn't encounter any of the problems I had experienced with previous companies. Everyone at Comfort Windows & Doors, from the office coordinatiors to the salesmen, to the installers were fantatstic to work with. They were on time, very pleasant, and worked extremely hard to finish my house quickly with minimal impact on me. The products and materials are beautiful and of great quality. (My new windows even block out the noise of the jets flying overhead!) The installers....even corrected some problems caused by the home's previous owners attempts at do-it-yourself home improvement. I don't know what I would have done without them. These guys truly helped turn my new house into my beautiful new home.
